✦ terms & conditions

1. All commissions are for personal use. For commercial purpose, please ask first.
2. Payment will be via PayPal.
3. I will start working only after receiving 70% or full payment.
4. The work will be finished and sent after I receive the full payment.
5. Do NOT erase my watermark.
6. You can use the artwork on your social network/website, as long as there are the necessary credits.
7. Don’t use your commission for NFT or in any AI generators.

✦ about the commissions

1. All files will be in .png format and sent via email.
2. I'll let you know when I start the commission with a sketch, as soon as possible.
3. If I take more time than expected, please contact me if necessary.
4. Every drawing will include a simple background, feel free to ask the transparent file.
5. I will send a screenshot for each progress.
6. When paying in advance, the final colors will be added once the payment is completed.
7. After confirmation, every changes from the final sketch or lineart will imply an extra charge (except for minor changes).
8. Graphic design (text and logo) will imply an additional charge to be agreed before the start of the commission.
9. I can return the full payment only before starting the commission.
10. The commission is considered finished upon delivery of the file. For any changes after the delivery, there will be additional charges.

✦ please be specific about:

1. Reference, pictures, photos and character's traits in case I don't know the character. Without these I will not start the commission.
2. Don't give me full control over the commission and then change everything, be specific about the character's pose and expression. You can also show me an example from a picture or an illustration.
3. In case of original design, please be specific about every kind of detail (eye shape, eye colour, short hair, long hair, tied hair, hair colour, body proportions, etc.) and the personality.
